ABOUT ME

I have accumulated nearly two decades of experience in the education field, holding various roles such as teacher, instructional specialist, administrator, teacher coach, and professional development provider. Throughout my career, I have dedicated nearly a decade to supporting schools in understanding and implementing executive functioning supports. Additionally, I pursued in-depth research on executive functioning for my doctoral dissertation, further enhancing my knowledge in this area.

My passion for exploring and supporting executive functioning stems from personal experiences. Being someone who is neurodivergent and having faced processing difficulties and dyslexia from an early age, I am constantly seeking tools and resources that best suit my needs. Furthermore, the impact of cancer on a close relative, which altered their frontal lobe and subsequently affected their executive functioning behaviors, has further fueled my drive to understand and address these challenges.

I firmly believe that individuals of all ages, both children and adults, can greatly benefit from executive functioning supports. By gaining a deeper understanding of their unique learning styles and needs, they can unlock their full potential and thrive academically and personally.

My Educational Background:

Temple University- Bachelors degree studying Elementary Education with a specialization in Early Childhood Education

Chestnut Hill College- Masters degree in Educational Administration

Hofstra University- Doctor of Education degree with specializations in Human Development and Educational Psychology

I’d love to help you or your organization along your pathway.
